Jobgether is seeking a Program Director, Coding Data, based in France. This fully remote leadership role focuses on delivering complex AI and data programs for major clients and high-impact technology initiatives.

You will own the execution of a substantial portfolio of projects, turning strategic objectives into reliable, high-quality production outcomes. The role combines technology consulting, program leadership, technical oversight, and client management in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, technology delivery, or digital transformation, including significant time at a Big 3 or top-tier consultancy.
• 5+ years of program or portfolio management experience, leading large, multidisciplinary technology programs with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Hands-on technical background in software engineering or data science, with familiarity with Python, Java, machine learning, data platforms, and modern AI systems.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs, aligning with business objectives and senior leadership expectations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and technology initiatives, including LLM-powered products, intelligent automation, analytics, and data programs.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and commercial objectives.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined technical workstreams, architectures, and delivery plans.
