Alignerr is seeking a Conversation Quality Analyst to review AI-generated dialogues and ensure they sound natural, helpful, and on-point. This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours (10-40 per week), offering autonomy to work on your schedule and contribute to leading AI projects.

You will read conversations across topics, rate responses for naturalness and tone, and submit clear evaluations using provided rubrics.

• Ability to assess quality objectively.
• Explain reasoning clearly.
• Detail-oriented and consistent.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsabilités

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across topics and contexts.
• Rate responses for naturalness, helpfulness, tone, and conversational flow.
• Identify awkward phrasing, off-topic replies, logical inconsistencies, or unhelpful responses.
• Compare multiple conversation paths and rank them by overall quality.
• Submit clear, structured evaluations using provided rubrics and rating tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
