Alignerr is hiring AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to review AI outputs for safety, fairness, and alignment. No technical background required; think critically, communicate clearly, and care about responsible technology.

This is a fully remote hourly contract with flexible hours (10–40 hours/week). Prior AI experience is not required, but a background in ethics, philosophy, law, policy, journalism, or social sciences is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to evaluate nuanced content objectively.
• Interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology.
• Ability to articulate complex judgments in clear, structured written form.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm.
• Identify content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with responsible AI guidelines.
• Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues with clear reasoning.
• Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule.
