Maisa is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join the AI R&D team working on production-ready agent systems atop our KPU technology. You will design, implement, and deploy agentic workflows for real enterprise problems in a fully remote setup.

You will bridge research and production, improving reliability, explainability, and performance of AI agents, while collaborating with customers and stakeholders across Europe. This role offers fast-paced growth in a pioneering startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-powered features to production.
• Hands-on with LLMs, evaluations, prompt optimization.
• Strong Python production development and code quality practices.
• Understanding of ML system evaluation and performance optimization.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end AI agent workflows using our KPU technology with customers.
• Build evaluation datasets and frameworks to measure performance and reliability.
• Optimize workflows for performance, explainability, and enterprise reliability.
• Push boundaries with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents in production.
• Stay at the forefront of Agentic AI development and apply new techniques.
