A leading company in the industrial sector seeks a Reliability Manager to ensure consistent production availability across its European sites. The role involves conducting various analyses, leading reliability projects, and managing spare parts effectively. Ideal candidates possess a Master’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years of industrial experience, and strong skills in predictive and preventive maintenance. Proficiency in tools like myRCA is essential, alongside effective data analysis abilities and the flexibility to travel.
As Reliability Manager, you will ensure the constant availability of our production capacity by working closely with site managers and providing support in analysis, strategy development, studies, follow-ups, project leadership, and the implementation of best practices.
The reliability management is related to the ability to supply gaseous/liquid products and electricity with existing assets that match the instantaneous customer needs at any time and in the most cost-effective way. Consequently, any event altering the primary production capacity can have an inevitable impact on customer output.
