An offer entitled "Release Train Engineer for Connected Services (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Helicopters.

You will join the AH Information Management Directorate as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) who facilitates ART events and processes, supporting teams in delivering value for the Connected Services Agile Release Train (ART).

You will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

You will also help adapt SAFe to the organization’s needs, standardizing and documenting practices. The Connected Services ART comprises around 100 people across 10 to 12 agile teams. The department leverages operational in-service and maintenance data to optimize and digitalize existing services, aiming to improve profitability and mission performance.

Your working environment:

Major economic hub near Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane, a dynamic city in southeastern France. Close to Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, it offers rich cultural and tourist attractions, along with access to beaches of the Côte Bleue for water sports activities.

Your profile:

We seek candidates with:

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and extended Scrum
  • SAFe RTE certification (SPC certification is a plus)
  • Dynamic, proactive, team-oriented, flexible
  • Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Autonomy, enthusiasm, motivation, leadership by example
  • Creative, curious, open to change and continuous improvement
