Job Description:

Your role: Are you a people person? Do you know how to give superior investment advice that grows client wealth? We're looking for a Relationship Manager to:

  • Develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with a focus on strategic advice
  • Grow topline through focus on GFIW clients, proper client segmentation, and OneBank delivery
  • Create and implement a strategic, quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions; monitor and re-assess regularly
  • Provide extensive knowledge of target market and identify new prospects by developing a strong network with opinion leaders and door openers
  • Develop mutual understanding with clients and establish trustworthy partnerships, expanding share of wallet and winning back former clients
  • Work closely with team members, sharing information and best practices
  • Arrange senior management coverage of clients where appropriate
  • Ensure clients are managed in accordance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards
  • Define advisory processes and agreements to meet client needs in cooperation with Investment Advisors
  • Provide high-quality investment options, collaborating with team members and specialists
  • Grow local market network via referrals and new prospects
  • Manage clients in a manner contributing to an effective risk culture
  • Achieve financial performance KPIs such as revenue growth and NNM
  • Implement strategies for profitable growth, generating Net New Money, and building long-term relationships
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Maintain effective personal organization, structured planning, and time management

Your team: You will work in the Global Family & Institutional Wealth (GFIW) team in Luxembourg, focusing on managing and growing clients' wealth, with training and development opportunities.

Your expertise: Proven track record in advising & acquiring sophisticated institutional clients, strong networking skills, ability to lead strategic dialogues, knowledge of asset classes and markets, negotiation skills, team-oriented, fluent in French and English, and excellent communication skills.
