Description du poste

Each account has a Relationship Manager (RM), working hands in hands with a Client Lead from Client Services team.

Missions
As Relationship Manager you are the main contact for ourAlto Investclients.
You maintain the strategic relationship with the client's C-level. You act as the customer's trusted advisor, facilitating strategic dialogue with Amundi Technology.
You ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of their objectives on the platform. You are responsible for the up-selling of customer portfolios between Amundi Technology's various offerings (ALTO Invest, ALTO Asset Servicing, ALTO Wealth Management, ESR).

Your main missions are :


Client Trusted Advisor

  1. Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customer C-levels
    Complete understanding of the client’s strategic objectives, and mapping them to the Amundi product & services
  2. Build the success plan orchestrating work from the other Amundi Technology teams (R&D, Client Service, Onboarding) and Amundi AM business lines (MO, Data, Dealing Desk)

Commercial expansion (upselling)

  1. Build sales strategy for each account. You are owning the commercial development of portfolios, and the achievement of commercial objectives, in line with the development plan.
  2. Analyze customer requests, proposing appropriate solutions with the help of Products and business lines, with a view to continuous improvement.
  3. Negotiate and coordinate all aspects of the contractual relationship with the customer, from taking over the file after Sales has onboarded the customer, to launching new products.

Client Satisfaction

  1. Committed ahead of contract signature, leading the SLA discussion to ensure client satisfaction after go live
  2. Work in close collaboration with ALTO Client Service, for whom you will be the first level of escalation for the follow-up of customer requests and tickets.

  4. Identifying ways to continuously improve Client Satisfaction
  5. Know the profile of your client and regularly update customer information, giving you an overview of their strengths and areas for development, as well as their level of satisfaction, by keeping a customer weather report at regular intervals.

Governance & communication

  1. Coordinate the monitoring of the quality of Amundi Technology's services by preparing and chairing customer committees (Quality Committees, ad hoc monitoring committees), ensuring the timely production and reporting of KPIs with the teams concerned, and the financial implications.
  2. Ensure completion of due diligence questionnaires with the help of the business lines and the Customer Support team.

Client finance monitoring

  1. Follow up invoicing according to the frequency and agreements specific to each customer, take part in the invoicing follow-up committee and act as a relay for the Accounting team.
  2. Feed customer data and visit reports into the CRM tool.
  3. Update the customer's KYC (Know Your Customer) file, collect all documents from the customers
