We are seeking a talented and passionate actuary to join our Analytics & Pricing team within the Group Ceded Reinsurance division at AXA. As a Reinsurance Analytics & Pricing Actuary, you will be responsible for modeling, pricing, and optimizing reinsurance structures for the AXA Group and its entities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the non-life risk modeling processes of the AXA Group, in collaboration with Group Risk Management and the entities.
• Define optimal reinsurance structures in collaboration with placement teams, according to the context of each cedant (risk appetite, budget, capital optimization, etc.).
• Define and estimate technical indicators that support underwriting decisions and enables monitoring the performance of AXA SA.
• Engage in technical and analytical discussions with brokers and reinsurers.
• Contribute to various cross-department and Group-wide projects: optimization of underwriting and risk retention, reinsurance efficiency indicators, etc.

Your Profile

Your Profile:

Degree from an engineering school, actuarial studies, or equivalent.

A successful initial experience in technical/actuarial topic on life and health would be a plus.

Good understanding of the insurance and reinsurance market, reinsurance pricing, and strong mathematical and computer skills.

Analytical ability, rigor, autonomy, proactivity, adaptability.

Proficiency in French and English both written and oral (proficiency in a third language would be a plus).
