Qonto is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Project Manager to drive strategic regulatory initiatives across Europe and strengthen relationships with banking supervisors. You will translate evolving requirements into practical plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Head of Regulatory, you will lead governance activities, adapt complex information for external supervisors and executives, and help shape Qonto's compliance culture in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Regulatory Affairs or Compliance experience within a traditional bank, consulting firm or regulated fintech with exposure to banking supervisors or strategic regulatory assignments.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver within demanding timelines.
• Commitment to high-quality work, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate strategic regulatory projects from scoping to delivery across multiple contributors.
• Strengthen supervisory relationships with ACPR and branch supervisors, ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Translate evolving requirements into practical implementation plans and support delivery.
• Represent Qonto with impact, adapting complex information for external supervisors and executives.
