Qonto in Paris is seeking a Risk & Prudential Regulatory Expert to shape its risk management function. In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP Risk and ensure that Qonto meets regulatory standards across multiple risk types.

You will design and implement internal standards, provide expert coverage, and act as a trusted advisor to senior management. This role offers high-level exposure and the chance to engage in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Held a similar role at a bank, payment institution, or financial regulator.
• Solid background in the banking sector with hands-on experience across various risk types.
• Experience with ICAAP, ILAAP, SREP processes and regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain internal prudential standards.
• Define best practices for regulatory exercises like ICAAP, ILAAP, and SREP.
• Deliver expert coverage across various risk types.
• Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory risk matters.
• Represent the Risk function in key governance committees.
• Identify automation opportunities within regulatory processes.
