Regulatory Compliance Specialist

ProSidian is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position, however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will provide services and support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP) in Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region. This role focuses on business process solutions for clients in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and legal requirements
  • providing guidance on federal and state energy regulations
  • assessing impacts of policy changes
  • ensuring compliance with standards
  • conducting public comment review, data analysis, modeling, evaluation, mapping, forecasting, and report development

Desired qualifications include:

  • a Bachelor's degree in a related field
