ixolabs.ai is seeking a senior regulatory counsel to write and evaluate compliance problems, policies and enforcement responses. The role requires ownership of compliance programs and strong writing skills, with preference for JD/licensure and extensive experience.

This is a remote, paid IXO expert engagement. Pay ranges from $95 to $160 per hour in USD, with the specific task brief and schedule agreed before starting.

Write and evaluate regulatory compliance problems, including policies, filings, enforcement responses and legal memoranda. Identify the governing framework, test whether an interpretation is supported and explain how legal obligations change the available choices.

Professional background

The senior regulatory profile requires five or more years as regulatory counsel or a compliance attorney in a substantial firm, regulated organization or public agency. You should have owned compliance programs, agency dealings or enforcement matters and understand rulemaking, administrative procedure and relevant legal tools. A JD/bar credential or international equivalent is strongly preferred, as is relevant training or compliance-document authorship.

A separate preferred US-practice profile comprises an accredited US JD, a current license in good standing and three to fifteen recent years in compliance law, while living and practicing in the US. Clerkships, legal teaching and law-journal editorial work add relevant evidence. Clear analysis and writing are central to both profiles.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay $95 $160/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
