IXO is seeking currently or recently practicing compliance specialists to help define and evaluate work that reflects the profession accurately. The focus is the mechanics of a compliance role: what decisions practitioners make, the information they use and the parts of the work that outsiders commonly overlook.

Current or recent practice in a first-line team, second-line function, internal audit or external advisory is required.

Qualifications

• Describe the actual mechanics of your compliance work in detail.
• Explain daily workflows and time split between processing, judgment, investigation and escalation.
• Identify recurring decision points, tools and handoffs in compliance work.

• Identify recurring decision points, tools and handoffs and justify different responses across contexts.
