Position Context and Challenges
The registration specialist applies their expertise to ensure our products receive proper marketing authorizations in targeted countries, aligned with business needs. This includes all registration steps from BU request to market introduction, ensuring compliance with Adisseo and local policies. This role is part of the global market access team.
Mission
The regulatory affairs specialist manages product registration with support from various stakeholders across the company. They ensure regular updates on registration processes, contribute to updating product data and processes, and monitor registration performance, reporting on improvements.
The registration specialist advocates for the company's interests with external partners and stakeholders (regulatory authorities, professional associations) and helps ensure quality, regulatory, sanitary compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Ensure product registration worldwide according to business strategy, preparing timelines and supporting data.
- Regularly report on registration processes and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support worldwide quality, feed safety, regulatory, and sanitary compliance by preparing necessary statements and dossiers.
- Maintain database integrity and compliance, including product data, articles, documentation (PLM), and training colleagues globally on proper database use.
- Enhance global registration performance by addressing pain points (e.g., stability studies, new country regulations).
- Represent the company in industry associations and at authorities as needed.

Required Profile
Knowledge
- Regulations on sanitary and regulatory standards for animal feed and food production and commercialization, including Feed safety quality assurance schemes (FAMIQS, GMP+).
- Regulations on import and export of animal food and feed.
- Project management and cross-functional team management.
- Data and database management and analysis.
Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix, process-oriented organization.

Education
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Agronomy, Agriculture Engineering, Nutrition, or a related Master’s in Animal Nutrition or Chemistry.
