Qualifications

What you will do :

Join our Regulatory Affairs team and report to the Regulatory Affairs Manager:

  • Assist in developing the regulatory strategy for the European authorization of biocidal products within the Global Animal Health division.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on competitor analysis and positioning strategies for biocidal products.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on European registration dossiers for biocides under the Biocidal Product Regulation (BPR). Address evaluation questions from EU and member state authorities in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and review risk assessments related to human health, environment, animal health, and dietary risks for biocidal products, supporting registration and R&D activities. Engage with relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Maintain communication with authorities, external and internal stakeholders such as distributors, sales, marketing, R&D, microbiology, and physical-chemistry labs.
  • Conduct regulatory surveillance and assess the business impact of emerging regulations. Manage our database and documentation, and communicate findings to relevant teams.

What we are looking for :

A scientific background in environmental sciences (toxicology, ecotoxicology, chemistry, pharmacy) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

At least 2 years of experience in risk assessments and/or BPR processes.

Effective task prioritization and excellent time management skills.

Proven project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a regulated environment.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, or German are a plus.
