We are seeking for our client, a top entertainment company, an experienced AV Technician to help manage the support and maintenance of video conferencing rooms in their Paris office, as well as filling in on both AV event production and AV builds as needed.

The missions include:

• The AV team supports the design and maintenance of meeting spaces and high-profile event spaces across the enterprise and studio facilities throughout the EMEA region. They rely on Google Meet with Chromebox for Meetings (CFM) hardware for the virtual meeting experience and build solutions to optimize the experience.
• Managing live events: setup, support, and teardown of AV equipment and other technology, as well as coordination with external vendors as needed.
• Providing Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 troubleshooting support for conference room technologies and office AV equipment; including remote support to other offices in Europe.
• Managing regional vendors in AV support and troubleshooting.
• Tracking and managing issues in ticketing systems Zendesk and Jira.
• Providing pre-production through post-production AV support for live events, both internal and external facing.
• Partnering with events, facilities, networking, IT, and AV engineering teams to provide guidance and technical expertise during event planning stages as needed.
