About the role
Reporting directly to the President, North America,the Regional Transformation Manager (RTM) plays a pivotal role in the rollout and adoption of new global standards and operating models across regional business units. As the company moves toward a more integrated and scalable platform, this role ensures that transformation initiatives are executed consistently, effectively, and in alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Many country operations have historically evolved with a high degree of autonomy, shaped by local market dynamics and leadership. While this entrepreneurial spirit remains a strength, scaling the business now requires a more harmonized approach—establishing shared processes, tools, and performance frameworks, while preserving flexibility where it delivers clear and strategic local value.
The RTM is responsible for bridging global strategy with regional execution. Acting as the transformation lead within the region, you will guide cross-functional teams through critical changes across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other core functions. This includes localizing global initiatives, coordinating implementation, and building a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
Central to this role is change leadership : engaging regional teams with empathy, fostering alignment to global standards, and supporting thoughtful local adaptations only where they deliver clear, strategic value.
As theRegional Transformation Manager (RTM), you will :
Core Responsibilities
Own and localize the regional transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and securing local resource commitments.
Drive the overall program of work for the region, from project planning to delivery, tracking milestones, and managing interdependencies.
Act as the transformation lead in-region, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives tied to commercial execution, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Lead change management effortsto embed transformation principles, foster buy-in, and upskill “transformation agents” within the region.
Partner with Regional General Managers (RGMs)to shape and guide transformation efforts; provide regular coaching, support, and insight.
Work closely with Corporate HQ (including the Transformation Office)to align reporting, share best practices, and track enterprise-wide progress.
Operational & Financial Process Improvement
Implement scalable processes in areas such as forecasting, sales performance management, and order-to-cash operations.
Partner with Financeto enhance cash, improve working capital discipline, and embed greater accountability in regional P&L management.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Set up and run regular cadence meetings, dashboards, and issue / risk tracking.
Provide structured weekly updates to senior leadership on progress, blockers, and regional success stories.
Act as a trusted link between regional teams and the Transformation Office, helping ensure coordinated delivery across business units.

Progress against regional milestones defined within the Value Creation Plan (VCP) and Company Strategy
Improvements in margin performance, forecasting accuracy, and sales process discipline
Timely and effective execution of transformation initiatives across key functions
Field adoption of standard tools, processes, and reporting frameworks
Engagement and capability development of regional transformation champions
Quality and clarity of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration quality
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
About you
The idealRegional Transformation Manager (RTM) :
10-15 years in transformation, strategy execution, and / or program management roles
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in commercial and operational contexts
Track record of success in implementing structured change across Sales, Finance, and / or Operations
Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to support their optimization
Experience working in matrixed, multicultural, and performance driven environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications
Ex-consultant background (top-tier firms preferred but not mandatory)
Corporate transformation experience
Strong project management experience
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus
Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills
Excellent communication and change management skills
Strong track record of driving change in prior roles, working across a multi-functional team, with the ability to dive deep and connect cross-functional dots (Sales, Finance, HR, Product)
Financial acumen : solid understanding of P&L, ROI modelling, and performance dashboards (operational and commercial OKRs / KPIs)
