Description du poste

Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for the dealer service performance in the zone and will lead the implementation of various service processes. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing EV service workshops in alignment with company standards, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
  2. Driving growth in After Sales Service to expand customer market share within the zone.
  3. Achieving workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
  4. Ensuring penetration of Extended Warranty (EW), Roadside Assistance (RSA), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  5. Supporting strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence and dealer visits.
  6. Resolving customer complaints effectively and within timelines.
  7. Promoting service engagement campaigns and participating in customer events.
  8. Leading product quality reporting and feedback collection initiatives.
  9. Designing service schemes to increase workshop footfall and service touchpoints.
  10. Proactively communicating safety tips and promoting peace-of-mind products.
  11. Understanding customer profiles to refine service offerings.
  12. Providing spare parts management support and facilitating dealer coordination.
  13. Ensuring service readiness for new models with timely training and equipment.
  14. Supporting dealer onboarding and operational setup.
  15. Completing service projects on time and boosting dealer profitability.

Qualifications include extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer operations, territory management, and dealer contact experience. Fluency in English and French is required, with additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish preferred.
