Description du poste

Zonal Service Manager (Europe Region) - Remote based role - France based Electric Vehicles Division

As the Zonal Service Manager, you will be responsible for the dealer service performance in the zone and will lead the implementation of various service processes. Your duties include providing guidance on business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting new project implementations within the zone.

  1. Establish EV service workshops aligned with company standards, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
  2. Drive growth in After Sales Service to expand customer market share in the zone.
  3. Achieve workshop loading targets by increasing job orders and service volumes.
  4. Ensure penetration of Extended Warranty (EW), Roadside Assistance (RSA), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  5. Support strategic planning for Spare Parts through market intelligence and dealer interactions.
  6. Resolve customer complaints promptly, including onsite resolutions and feedback management.
  7. Promote service engagement campaigns with distributors and at customer events.
  8. Lead product quality reporting initiatives, including warranty claim audits and service process quality audits.
  9. Design service schemes to increase workshop footfall and service touchpoints.
  10. Ensure proactive customer communication, especially during natural calamities, and promote peace-of-mind products.
  11. Assist in understanding customer profiles to refine service offerings.
  12. Support spare parts management and coordination with factory teams.
  13. Ensure service readiness for new models, including training and equipment availability.
  14. Support onboarding of new dealers and ensure timely completion of service projects.
  15. Boost dealer profitability and service absorption ratio.

Qualifications include extensive service marketing experience, knowledge of dealer operations, territory management, and dealer contact experience. Fluency in English and French is required, with additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish being advantageous.
