The responsibilities include managing dealer service performance across the zone, implementing service processes, establishing EV service workshops, and driving growth in after-sales services. The role involves achieving workshop loading targets, promoting warranty and maintenance contracts, supporting spare parts strategy, resolving customer complaints, and leading service quality initiatives. The manager will also promote customer engagement campaigns, ensure product quality reporting, design service schemes to increase workshop footfall, and support new model service readiness. Additionally, the role involves boosting dealer profitability, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring effective service marketing and operational setup. Fluency in English and French is required, with additional language skills such as German, Italian, or Spanish preferred.
