Job summary

Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. seeks a Regional Security Advisor to provide high‑level security guidance to a major client. You will shape regional security strategies, evaluate programs, and coordinate vetting of personnel and vendors to ensure policy compliance.

Travel and cross‑functional collaboration are integral as you support contingency planning, incident response, and service delivery standards with the Regional Security Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of security advisory experience.
• Knowledge of physical/operational security techniques and risk mitigation.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders, vendors, and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton core values and deliver security advisory services to a major client.
• Develop regional site security strategies and supervise security performance.
• Coordinate vetting of individuals, teams, and vendors per client policy.
• Oversee contractors to meet contracts and deadlines, and conduct site visits.
• Support training, risk/threat assessments, and contingency planning.
