Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking the Country Security Manager to lead global corporate security initiatives for a major client. You will drive security standards, assessments, mitigation, and incident management across country locations, working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will advise executives, develop security plans and programs, and oversee guarding operations and budgets while ensuring continuity and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of global corporate security experience.
• 5+ years of experience implementing security programs or enterprise continuity solutions.
• Proficient English with a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and act as trusted security advisor to clients.
• Plan, develop, implement security plans and programs.
• Conduct comprehensive site security assessments.
• Monitor security situations and mitigate risks.
• Lead BIAs and mock drills.
