AgRevolution is looking for a Regional Sales Representative for the Vincennes, IN area. This position will professionally manage an assigned territory in order to aggressively market products represented by AgRevolution to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives while maintaining customer relations.

Your Impact

  • Cover assigned territory by traveling to existing and potential customer locations to conduct sales calls, meetings, surveys, equipment inspections, and demonstrations while achieving sales volume, profit, and market share objectives.
  • Assist customers with equipment recommendations, financial analysis, and problem-solving by furnishing technical and production analysis assistance utilizing performance specifications, technical literature, computer programs, and industry experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on products, applications, industry selling skills, and product support to enhance and achieve required sales performance.
  • Participate in sales meetings and attend company-represented product and market training as scheduled.
  • Participate in trade and industry association functions; accurately maintain and submit all required sales and other documentation.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 Years experience in Sales, preferably in large equipment or AG equipment sales.
  • Experience using computers, spreadsheets, and word processing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience growing and developing sales and market share within a broad territory or product line.
