Regeneron is entering a new chapter in its growth phase with the new opening as a Regional Sales Manager Immunology - South & East Region/Directeur.rice Régional.e Sud & Est - France to lead the sales team within a specific geographical region according to company/alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coaching the Sales Specialist Team in a designated area through appropriate leadership. Providing relevant feedback, coaching, training interventions, development planning, and talent management to ensure team success.
  • Sharing best practice by identifying the most effective methodologies and sharing these insights with the Sales Specialist team.
  • Expanding Regeneron's reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.
  • Providing input into Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team member.
  • Ensuring sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
  • Acting in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and Regeneron SOP’s.
Requirements:
  • Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry - Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Co-creating and embedding a high-performance team culture aligned to Regeneron’s vision, values, and strategic direction. Managing a team within a designated region, and effectively coaching and performance managing the sales team to deliver commercial goals.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences required.
  • Fluent in French. Any additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Passionate about Team Management, with strong ability to manage & coach sales team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Committed to working in collaboration and developing excellent partnerships internally & externally, with previous experience in an alliance highly desired.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in Immunology, ideally in Dermatology. You are comfortable with regular travel and have a valid driver's license. Conversational English would be desirable, but not required.
