Regional Sales Manager - Semiconductor - France

Regional Sales Manager is required due to growth at a unique distributor and manufacturer of semiconductor components. You will be responsible for developing sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at key customers across France.

To qualify for this position, you should have a consultative approach to sales with a strong track record of sales and business development success within the active semiconductor industry.

This is a home-based role, reporting to the Sales Director for Southern Europe. The suitable candidate will be located within the Rhône-Alpes region in France and is expected to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of technical sales or account management experience within the active semiconductor industry
• Knowledge and experience working across various markets such as industrial, defence, aerospace, automotive
• Degree qualified within Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (advantageous)
• Flexible and willing to travel up to 50% across France
• Comfortable working from a home office
• Fluent in French and English
