Contract: Fixed-term (CDD)

The Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales Director of Bel France GMS, is responsible for implementing and monitoring the commercial policy of Bel group's brands across retail chains and sales points in their region. They oversee the development of sales volumes, revenue, and market share of Bel France products.

Their key responsibilities include:

  • Manage SCAs in their region: Conduct negotiations, manage business plans, and enter promotions into the system.
  • Manage activity: Analyze results, build regional action plans, and ensure quality reporting.
  • Recruit and develop team members: Participate in recruitment, support team members, and ensure adoption of sales techniques.
  • Communicate: Act as a liaison between headquarters and field, motivate teams, ensure safety compliance, and share best practices within the CVR community.

Profile:

Ideal candidates have a business school education (Master's or equivalent), with at least 5 years of experience in GMS, including roles in field sales and at a head office in marketing, sales, or business development. Previous team management experience is required. Candidates should be fluent in French and possess strong motivation, organization, and leadership skills.
