Le rôle impliquera des responsabilités de négociation, de gestion d'équipe et d'analyse de marché. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en commerce et au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires.

Contract : Fixed-term (CDD)
Reporting to the Sales Director of Bel France GMS, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible, along with their team (area managers and sales promoters), for the implementation and monitoring of the commercial policy of Bel group's brands across all retail chains and sales points in their region. They are particularly responsible for the development of volumes, sales revenue, and market share of Bel France products in their region.
They are the negotiator and developer of the business with the SCA in their region, respecting the priorities set by Bel.

Profile :
With a business school education (Master's degree or equivalent), you have proven experience in GMS of at least 5 years, having held successive roles in field sales and a Marketing, Sales, or business development function at a head office.
You have previous experience in team management.
You possess a strong ability to motivate, lead, unify, and drive. Rigorous and organized, you wish to put your talent at the service of a market-leading company.
