Your Responsibilities
- Develop a regional sales plan to achieve commercial goals and growth objectives.
- Follow developments in the Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Waste to Energy markets.
- Establish strategic relationships with key customers in Spain, France, Italy, Greece, and North Africa.
- Analyze prospects' needs and build strategies for short-term projects and long-term partnerships through various sales channels.
- Manage the sales funnel, including opportunity creation, management, and proposal processes.
- Provide intelligence on competitor activities.
- Deliver presentations at national and international levels to communicate the company's value proposition.
- Represent AIS WSI at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Plan and execute weekly travel to meet customer requirements.
- Act as a primary regional contact and ambassador for AIS WSI.
Our Expectations
- Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in technical sales is advantageous.
- Extensive sales and key account management training and experience, emphasizing sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/SFDC.
- Successful track record in B2B industrial service sales.
- Advanced English skills (C1/C2), effective communication in an international environment.
Working Environment
- Remote work.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and be reachable via phone/email.
