A global leader in filter solutions is seeking a Mid-Senior Sales and Business Development professional based in a major European city. The role involves driving profitable sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing relationships across the European market. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Frequent travel across Europe is required.

This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth across the European region by promoting Filtrona’s value proposition, retaining existing clients, and developing new business. Activities are aligned with Regional Sales Management plans.
