We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive the sales of Fargo Products throughout Eastern Europe and enhance HID’s presence in key vertical markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong channel management skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce, and extensive knowledge of the Eastern European markets. They will excel in proposing innovative ideas and offering consultancy to partners to grow their card issuance business, support them in achieving growth targets, and effectively resolve complex commercial issues. As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Managing and developing all accounts within your region to achieve targets
  • Developing and executing the business strategy
  • Identifying new sales opportunities to increase market presence
  • Managing the go-to-market channel including distributors, system integrators, resellers, and OEMs
  • Devising and implementing account plans to accommodate strategic goals
  • Supporting indirect channel in the region
  • Delivering support and training to all accounts
  • Conducting regular market analysis to determine needs
  • Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings
  • Collaborating across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining customer details, activities and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM tool
  • Analysing account sales figures to understand buying patterns
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all HID products and competitive products
  • Preparing and submitting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided

Your Experience and Background include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
  • Previous experience of selling Card Printers and/or Access Control solutions would be an advantage
  • Experience in a solution selling environment specifically SaaS and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as a self-starter, but also work effectively as part of a team
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing time
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to speak Polish and/or Russian is desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM
  • Customer-first approach with a clear can-do attitude
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Show good initiative and enthusiasm
  • Work calmly under pressure
