About The Role

Reporting to the EU Municipal System Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding Municipal sales targets in the UV treatment market. The role involves creating and managing long-term, value-added relationships with our customers and channel partners, communicating the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly sales metrics and initiatives to internal and key external business partners, and preparing sales forecasts and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Responsibilities
  • Create monthly sales plans to meet targets using customer engagement, Value Selling, and funnel management.
  • Build a strong network of customers and channel partners to promote UV solutions (Trojan UV/Aquafides) in the municipal water sector.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competition, and opportunities during monthly reviews.
  • Engage in sales activities like site visits, trade shows, demos, and channel management.
  • Provide field input for corporate initiatives (e.g., market research, Kaizen, beta testing).
  • Support proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Track KPIs monthly and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience or 5+ years of relevant experience in Wastewater, Drinking Water.
  • B2B experience selling complex Municipal products and solutions.
  • A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset but not mandatory.
  • French native, fluent in English, are required.
  • Ideally based in the North of France, with the ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
