Une entreprise innovante recherche un Responsable des Ventes pour la région sud-est de la France. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de la prospection et du développement d'une clientèle stratégique, garantissant une approche commerciale efficace. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les départements de vente et de marketing pour définir des cibles commerciales et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour augmenter la part de marché. Qualifications

  • 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en développement commercial de produits techniques.
  • Connaissance des marchés agro-alimentaire, environnement, pétrole et gaz serait un plus.

Job Summary

As Sales Manager (south est Region of France), you ensure the prospecting, monitoring and development of a clientele generating or that can generate a turnover and a strategic stake for the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Definition of commercial targets
  2. Define, in conjunction with the Group Sales & Marketing departments and its direct management, the business sectors and / or the types of companies targeted for business development
  3. Centralize all market and business information
  4. Define the means to be implemented to make the commercial approach effective: telephone prospecting, sending commercial documentation…
  5. Ensure competitive intelligence in its sector or geographical area and recommend the necessary actions to gain market share and develop the company’s business
  6. Commercial prospecting activity
  7. Identify relevant contacts within targeted companies
  8. Implement sales prospecting and follow up on prospects contacted
  9. Respond to tenders issued by prospects
  10. Present and adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by the prospect accounts
  11. Track requests for encryption in close collaboration with the relevant department
  12. Provide costing as needed
  13. Monitor and develop the various sales channels (Direct Sales, Distribution, etc.) in order to increase orders in your sector
  14. Advise the customer on the technical choice of the product according to their needs
  15. Negotiate, sign and have sales contracts signed
  16. Achieve sales in full compliance with the company’s pricing policies and compliance with requested margins
  17. Monitoring and development of existing accounts
  18. Retain existing accounts by growing revenue generated by each customer
  19. Identify new customer contacts to deploy the commercial offering
  20. Ensure regular monitoring of customer needs
  21. Respond to any commercial or technical requests regarding the company’s offer
  22. Manage area of responsibility to optimize results
  23. Checking compliance with contractual elements
  24. Monitor customer satisfaction on after-sales service and operational activities (order processing, deliveries, etc.)
  25. Manage or coordinate the administrative part (billing, reminder...)
  26. Reporting
  27. EH&S and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

  1. Higher education with a technical and commercial focus
  2. 3 years experience in a similar role in technical product business development
  3. Knowledge of agri-food, environment, oil and gas markets would be a plus
  4. English and French speaking

Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements

Travel is expected in the targeted commercial area.
