Job summary

BMC MEDICAL is expanding in France and seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow the respiratory care business across assigned regions. The role focuses on promoting CPAP, oxygen therapy and NIV solutions to homecare providers and physicians.

The candidate will build relationships with pulmonologists, ENT specialists, cardiologists and other stakeholders, and will report to the sales directors while operating in an international environment. Fluency in English is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in France in respiratory care or homecare is required.
• Knowledge of the Homecare ecosystem and key prescribers (pulmonologists, ENT, cardiologists) is preferred.
• Experience with medical device manufacturers or homecare providers is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment; English is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Develop the French market for BMC Respiratory care products and achieve regional sales targets.
• Promote BMC respiratory care solutions by visiting and training local homecare providers and target physicians.
• Attend relevant congresses for sleep and respiratory care to represent the company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homecare providers, key decision-makers, and prescribers.
• Provide regular and reliable reporting to sales directors.

Overview

BMC MEDICAL is an international company specialized in medical devices dedicated to home respiratory care, particularly in the fields of CPAP, oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation.

As part of its expansion in France, BMC MEDICAL is looking to recruit regional sales managers to expand the respiratory care business.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing french market for BMC Respiratory care products and realize the team’s sales target in relevant requested regions
• Promoted BMC respiratory care solution by visiting and provide training for local homecare provides and target physicians frequently
• Promoted BMC respiratory care solution by attending relevant congress for sleep and respiratory care.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with homecare providers, key decision-makers and prescribers.
• Providing regular and reliable reporting to sales directors.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a sales role in France, ideally within the respiratory care industry or homecare environment.
• Have knowledge of the Homecare sector and its ecosystem.
• Have knowledge of the key prescribers involved in respiratory and sleep-related care: Pulmonologists, ENT specialists, Cardiologists and other relevant stakeholders.
• Previous experience within a medical device manufacturer or a homecare provider would be a strong advantage.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Fluently speaking English is appreciated.
