Your Impact

As a Sales Assistant at Efficy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless administrative and operational processes. Acting as a vital link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments, you will contribute to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to create, review, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotations to clients.
• Manage and maintain Efficy's registration on public procurement platforms, ensuring all information is current.
• Identify and monitor public tender opportunities, oversee administrative tender responses, and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
• Gather necessary administrative documents, coordinate quotation preparation with local teams, and integrate data into management tools.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, and respond to inquiries to support seamless sales operations.
• Partner with regional teams and clients to follow up on projects, manage adjustments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing initial assistance or redirecting queries as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks for the sales department to ensure alignment with Efficy’s standards and goals.
• Update pricing in databases upon contract validation.

About YOU

• Bac+2 / 3 in administration, commerce, or equivalent, with significant professional experience +6 in a structured administrative or commercial environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Suite office), strong writing skills for professional communication, and familiarity with tools like Access (a plus).
• You are meticulous, proactive, and highly organized, excelling at managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• You have a commercial mindset, focusing on customer satisfaction and contributing to sales success.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, you thrive in collaborative environments and are solution-oriented, eager to support business growth.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes is appreciated but not essential.
• Fluent in French and good knowledge in English.

Start Date : January or February 2024 (flexible depending on candidate availability).
