Description du poste

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Regional Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will manage the Heads of Sales based in France, Belgium, the UK, Spain, Italy, and the Nordics in order to develop our sales activity in these countries and promote our Demand-Side Platform to agencies and brands in these markets.

Where and how can you work

The offer is based at our offices in Paris. In addition, we support a hybrid working model allowing up to two days of teleworking a week.

What will be your impact

As a Regional Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supervise, manage, and execute the commercial activities and revenues of a regional sales team.
  2. Manage the Heads of Sales in the countries concerned (5 to date).
  3. Prepare forecasts, manage the territory, and develop growth plans.
  4. Ensure that the regional sales plan is aligned with the company's revenue target.
  5. Identify new growth opportunities and implement actions to accelerate sales development.
