Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, is seeking a Retail Business Process Owner to lead regional back-office initiatives and drive the adoption of ERP and store tools across European markets. You will collaborate with international teams to translate regional needs into scalable process designs.

The role emphasizes deployment readiness, change management, and training to ensure consistent use of SAP S/4 and related technologies in stores across the region.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional requirements for back-office applications (e.g., SAP S/4, labeling system) and consolidate regional needs.
• Ensure regional needs are reflected in design and configuration of back-office tools.
• Contribute to defining target business processes with regional specifics and constraints.
• Participate in design, testing, and UAT to ensure ERP and digital tools meet business and legal requirements.
• Support deployment, training, and change management across regions.
