Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, seeks an Experienced International Accounts Payable Accountant to oversee AP and fixed assets across European entities from Saran, France. You will partner with Purchasing, Controlling and suppliers to improve processes and ensure compliant financial reporting.

You will manage invoices, asset capitalization, and month-end closings, while driving automation and process improvements within a dynamic European finance team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (minimum +2/3 years of higher education).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS where applicable.
• Experience in an international organization is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor the accounts payable ledger for several European subsidiaries.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and master records in SAP.
• Review and post supplier invoices and related transactions in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor payment runs and supplier account reconciliations.
• Drive KPI analysis for invoice processing and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities for fixed assets and payables.
• Participate in risk management and internal control reviews.
