Moncler is seeking a Retail Coordinator for France, Belgium, Geneva and the Middle East. You will report to the Retail Director in the region and support the retail network across the flagged markets, helping with day-to-day management and regional projects.

Key duties include coordinating stores, scheduling, travel bookings, planning meetings, supporting store openings and refurbishments, monitoring KPIs and liaising with other departments.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience with a background in retail, D2C, and / or luxury fashion environment.
• Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business.
• Prioritizes efficiently and is organized.
• Excellent French and English communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation.
• Strong follow up, follow through and attention to detail.
• Works with pace and takes initiative on projects and assignments.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize when given multiple assignments at once.
• Self-starter, energetic, and have a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Direct reporting to the Retail Director France, Belgium, Geneva and Middle-East.
• Pivotal role within the area, assisting the Retail Director in the coordination of the stores network.
• Collaboration and support of the Retail Director in day-to-day business (schedule management, business trip bookings).
• Planning and conducting SM meetings and assisting with client events.
• Operational support for special projects at the POS.
• Assist with new store development and prepare presentations.
• Collaborate on boutique openings/refurbishments.
• Constant KPI monitoring and follow up for all stores of the network.
• Interface between individual departments and the stores.
• Support in all omnichannel aspects the Retail Director and the omnichannel department EMEA.
• Maintenance of databases and calendars.
• Monitoring and support of the training in the stores (MINE).
