An international development consultancy is seeking a National Project Officer for a consultancy role. The successful candidate will provide logistical support and coordinate project activities in Malawi, along with possible travels to Kenya and Ethiopia. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in anti-trafficking, logistics, organisation or project administration.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistical and content-related support for all project activities.
• Organise meetings, workshops, trainings including invitations, venue booking, minutes and reports.
• Coordinate with CIVIPOL BMM national and international experts and the IOM BMM team.
• Assist in financial and administrative procedures; manage per-diems and payments.
• Prepare, review and submit reports, data and documents to the regional office.
