Your mission

Take the lead in shaping and growing all operational activities in France, with a focus on two directly managed bike-sharing systems. This role is ideal for someone who values ownership, brings a collaborative mindset, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence while representing nextbike with confidence to local stakeholders and public partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full accountability for performance, quality, and development of all French bike-sharing systems.
  • Lead and coach Service Coordinators to meet service, efficiency, and accountability goals.
  • Ensure contract KPIs (e.g. availability, response time) are met and lead continuous improvements.
  • Oversee daily operations including logistics, maintenance, safety, and system roll-outs.
  • Act as the main contact for partners, drive process improvements, and deliver performance insights.

Your profile

  • Strong background in operations, mobility, or logistics
  • Proven experience with SLA contracts and public-sector collaboration
  • Skilled in leading remote teams and driving multi-city results
  • Data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented
  • Fluent in French and English; based in or willing to relocate to Mulhouse, with occasional travel
