An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Regional Oncology Liaison to drive sales and maximize product potential in key accounts. This role involves engaging with physicians and KOLs, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology sales, a proven track record in promoting complex products, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The Regional Oncology Liaison is responsible for maximizing the potential of the product in key accounts, while staying within budget within the defined region. Key activities include delivering selling messages, providing high-level customer service to be a best-in-class assay provider, and solving challenging problems in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in oncology sales (preferably breast cancer) and existing contacts within private healthcare clinics/hospitals in the region. They will engage with physicians and KOLs to develop sales in existing and new accounts, build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, and develop key account records to manage these relationships.
Reporting to the Country Manager, France, the Regional Oncology Liaison will join a small, start-up phase organization. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, work autonomously, support the country manager with sales leads outside the region, and be willing to travel as necessary. Attendance at international and national conferences/meetings is also expected. Due to the complexity of medical oncology diagnostics, a medical/scientific background with data analysis skills, organizational ability, flexibility, and passion for working with such products are highly desirable.
The position is field-based in France, covering several regions, which will be shared during the interview process.
