Job summary

Biocodex Inc. is seeking a Regional Category Lead for SAMEA to drive regional marketing execution across countries via partnerships. The role partners with local Heads of Marketing, supporting HCP and DTC campaigns, omnichannel and e-commerce initiatives, and annual planning.

You will monitor market trends, optimize ROI, and coordinate with global teams to deploy global initiatives across the region. The position is permanent, with hybrid work and a Gentilly HQ location in France.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences (with business qualifications).
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical sector experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Build and lead the annual regional marketing plan and resource allocation.
• Monitor market dynamics and provide actionable insights to both regional and global teams.
• Ensure flawless HCP and DTC-driven plan execution with partners and subsidiaries.
• Manage regional marketing budget and measure ROI across channels.
