Regional Marketing Coordinator (Europe)

6-Month Contract

A leading innovator in audio, visual, and voice technologies for entertainment is seeking a mid-level Field Marketing Support professional to join its Europe Marketing Group. This temporary role is designed to bridge a gap in the team, focusing on defining and implementing marketing strategies across the region. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Marketing Manager for France and contribute to both French market initiatives and occasional pan-European projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital channels
  • Generate and analyse performance and ROI reports for marketing activations
  • Manage French B2C social media channels
  • Coordinate with agencies to develop marketing assets and collateral for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Assist in organizing ad hoc events, festivals, and trade shows
  • Develop B2B case studies to showcase success stories
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, headquarters, and other European offices
  • Manage relationships with agencies, customers, and third-party partners
  • Ensure brand consistency and strong market presence

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Minimum of 4 years’ marketing experience (client or agency side)
  • Strong interest in technology and entertainment (music, gaming, cinema, TV series, podcasts, live sports, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of the marketing mix, both online and offline
  • Proven experience in implementing social media and digital campaigns
  • Experience managing social channels and briefing creative agencies
  • Excellent writing skills, with a keen editorial sense and attention to detail
  • Project management experience, including cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree completed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in social media, AI, and related trends
  • Familiarity with industry tools and analytics packages (web analytics, CMS, CRM)
  • Additional language skills beyond French and English
  • Mastery of design tools such as Canva or Photoshop

Benefits & Conditions

  • 6-Month contract on a daily rate contractor role
  • 40 hours per week
