• Fluent en anglais et français.

Responsabilités

• Améliorer les KPI et la performance des sites avec une culture d'amélioration continue.
• Diriger l'implémentation du programme Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence.
• Gérer la gouvernance des coûts et les processus de gestion du budget.

As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching leadership teams in the plants within his/her scope to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).

How you will contribute

• Improve sites' overall KPIs and performance by creating a culture of continuous improvement from operators to management.
• Lead the step-by-step implementation of the Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program.
• Ensure a coherent site master plan aligned with business needs.
• Lead real-world problem-solving sessions to address breakdowns, equipment, and process losses, developing standards and work processes to prevent failures.
• Maintain healthy cost governance and budget management processes; support sites in identifying potential cost improvement projects.
• Encourage replication and drive change through on-site workshops as examples for others to follow.
• Conduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (as co-assessor or lead assessor).
• Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams, and key decision-makers.

• Fluent in English and French.

This position can be based at our plant in Jussy (02) or our business office in Clamart (92).
