One of a Kind Travel is a fast-growing luxury vacation-rental specialist.
We own, operate, and obsess over high-end chalets and apartments across the French Alps—delivering every stay in-house, from housekeeping and maintenance to private-chef dinners and bespoke guest experiences.
THE ROLE (WHY IT MATTERS)
We’re looking for a hands-on field leader who will:
• Run daily operations with precision, and
• Scout & onboard the next wave of properties to fuel regional growth.
You’ll spend most of the week managing the team, inspecting turnovers, coaching staff, meeting owners, and negotiating new deals and translate those insights into strategy and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, schedule, and motivate housekeeping, maintenance & F&B teams (+/- 20 seasonal staff)
• Walk properties daily; enforce brand standards, safety & sustainability benchmarks
• Implement SOPs that cut guest-ready time, reduce breakage, and lift guest-satisfaction scores
• Identify, pitch, and secure new chalets/houses, growing the portfolio and regional P&L
• Maintain trust with existing owners—renew contracts, upsell services, solve issues fast
• Partner with HQ Revenue to set dynamic rates and hit RevPAR / GOP targets
• Own regional opex & capex budgets; flag variances early, course-correct quickly
• Report weekly KPIs (occupancy, NPS, SLA compliance) and propose process changes
ABOUT YOU
• 5 + years running multi-site hospitality operations (vacation rentals, boutique hotels, ski resorts, or similar)
• Field-first leader—you’ll pick up a vacuum at 7 a.m. if needed ;-)
• Fluent French & English (extra local dialects a plus)
• Clean driving licence, own vehicle, willing to cover French Alps area
NICE TO HAVES
• Familiarity with Alpine real-estate regulations & syndic processes
• Experience scaling tech-enabled vacation rental, housekeeping or maintenance workflows
• Background in luxury hospitality
