About the Role

Are you a dynamic and hands-on HR Professional with a solid understanding of the French labour market? Do you thrive in a leadership role, steering HR initiatives, and fostering talent management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Cluster HR Manager!

We are a leading company with a strong presence in Western Europe, encompassing locations in France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive HR professional to lead our HR team in France and play a pivotal role in supporting Commercial Heads across France, Iberia, and Belgium.

Responsibilities

1. HR responsible for the Cluster Western Europe with locations in France (Chambly & Villedieu), Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
2. Support the Cluster Head, HR Director EMEA, Global Head HR Operations, and Cluster Team in all HR-related matters.
3. Ensure execution at the cluster level of divisional/group-wide HR initiatives.
4. Lead talent management and succession planning for the cluster.
5. Co-lead recruitment of managerial and key specialist functions (GG12 and above) and oversee local recruitment.
6. Lead and execute all HR actions/initiatives to develop the organization in line with business requirements.
7. Lead compensation and performance management processes in the cluster.
8. Drive employee engagement across all cluster countries.
9. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR at the country level.

Requirements

• Broad experience across major areas of expertise in HR; international work experience.
• Degree-level qualification in HR, Business Administration, Behavioural Science, or Management. Postgraduate qualification in HR is desirable.
• Fluent in English; ability to speak one of the other cluster languages is desirable.
