Regional Fleet Conditions Operations Lead – Germany (m/f/d)
Join roadsurfer as a Regional Fleet Conditions Operations Lead in Germany. You will orchestrate repair planning and scheduling across the market, ensuring vehicles are ready, safe, and available.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair scheduling across stations, aligned with budget, capacity, and vehicle availability targets.
- Collaborate with Regional Technicians and Damage Control Managers to execute repair strategy through internal and external events.
- Interface with Fleet Management and Revenue teams on vehicle transfers, recalls, and availability goals.
- Monitor and improve station-level fleet condition processes; step in as Station Fleet Condition Manager during peak periods and provide training.
- Track vendor performance and align corrective actions with station managers, damage control managers, and the Maintenance and Repair Market Lead.
- Ensure station readiness to meet repair and turnaround targets.
- Prepare, launch, and oversee key scheduling initiatives such as recalls, inspections, winterization, off-season repairs, and pre-season maintenance.
- Provide feedback to the Head of Market and Maintenance and Repair Market Lead to achieve key performance indicators.
- Support the Setup Lead Fleet Condition Management in optimizing and automating fleet condition processes across all stations.
What You Need
- Degree or apprenticeship in engineering, automotive technology, or a comparable technical field—or substantial work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in operational project management or scheduling environments.
- 3+ years of indirect people-management experience in a technical setting.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor performance management skills.
- Excellent analytical, scheduling, and budgeting skills focused on efficiency and quality.
- Confident communicator and leader with top stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; travel to stations and vendors required.
