Responsibilities:
Cooperation Strategy Planning and Execution: Conduct in-depth research on the business layout, strategic direction, and market trends of upstream key partners in EMEA. Align with the company’s development plans to formulate regional ecosystem cooperation strategies and annual implementation plans, ensuring their effective execution.
Project Opportunity Identification and Resource Acquisition: Establish close and efficient communication channels with the business teams of upstream key partners in EMEA. Identify potential project cooperation opportunities by attending industry exhibitions, technical seminars, business meetings, and through regular online and offline interactions. Gain in-depth understanding of project requirements and cooperation models.
Market Expansion and Customer Development: Leverage the branding and technical support of upstream partners to develop customer expansion strategies for the local markets in EMEA. Identify target customer groups and collaborate with upstream partners to plan and implement marketing activities.
Relationship Management and Coordination: Maintain long-term and stable cooperation with upstream key partners’ business teams in EMEA. Organize regular business exchange activities to ensure stable and continuously deepening partnerships.

Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electronic Information, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
Over five years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries in ecosystem cooperation, project management, or market expansion. Familiarity with upstream-downstream cooperation models in the chip industry is preferred. Prior experience working with key upstream server chip manufacturers is preferred.
Proven experience and established relationships with NVIDIA’s teams in Europe and Southeast Asia, specifically in roles related to GPU server product management, marketing, or regional sales, such as positions held at companies like Supermicro or Dell.
Excellent business negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with upstream and downstream partners in complex business environments to establish mutually beneficial cooperation agreements.
Strong market analysis and marketing planning abilities, capable of formulating targeted market promotion plans based on market trends and customer demands to enhance product visibility and market share.
Proficient in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Ability to use English as a working language for seamless communication with international teams. Proficiency in a second language (such as French, German) commonly used in the EMEA region is a plus.
Strong market insight and business acumen to capture industry trends and potential opportunities, providing forward-looking recommendations for company development.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to swiftly develop solutions and effectively handle various challenges in a complex and dynamic market environment.
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining strong performance to ensure the smooth execution of work tasks.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
