Join CMA CGM as a Digital Products Expert where you will drive the deployment of digital solutions and enhance customer experience. With a focus on strategic goals, you'll lead initiatives to increase product adoption and ensure alignment with business objectives. We are looking for someone with a Master's degree and at least three years of industry experience to contribute to our innovative environment.

  • Master’s degree in a related field is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and digital tools is essential.

YOUR ROLE

Serve as the regional expert for all digital products under responsibility, driving deployment and adoption aligned with Digital Agency targets, and contribute to global initiatives through taskforces.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Deploy new features/products: execute deployment plans, conduct trainings, webinars, and internal communications, and facilitate network engagement.
  • Increase adoption of digital products by implementing action plans aligned with scorecard targets.
  • Monitor regional and country performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to translate strategic goals into operational plans targeting the right customer segments.
  • Execute local action plans to achieve eCommerce targets, including customer meetings, lead and opportunity conversion, webinars, and network engagement.
  • Provide clear reports to management based on eCommerce scorecard performance.
  • Develop product expertise on all digital products under responsibility.
  • Gather and centralize requests for evolutions and business opportunities.
  • Maintain digital knowledge within the network through regular internal touchpoints.
  • Support agencies and customers on escalated cases.
  • Promote learnings within the Digital Agency.
  • Participate in global taskforces: take responsibility for specific streams such as documentation, marketing, eLearning, communication, qualification, business intelligence, benchmarking, and support, contributing to transversal actions as directed by stream leaders.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or project management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (websites, APIs, EDI, mobile apps) and their integration into the customer journey.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong interest in digital transformation and customer experience.
  • Results-driven, proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
